Booking Conditions

All reservations at The Shotover are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy, which form part of your contract with us.

Minimum stay requirements apply and may vary by season. A five-night minimum stay applies over the Christmas and New Year period. The advertised “from” price reflects the minimum number of guests during low season and may vary based on dates, length of stay, and guest numbers.

Payments & Security Deposit

A NZD $500 security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be collected separately by the property prior to arrival or at check-in and is held as security against damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

The security deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Servicing & Amenities

For stays of seven nights or more, the apartment will receive a complimentary mid-stay service. Additional servicing can be arranged upon request prior to arrival and may incur an additional charge.

At no cost, we are happy to provide a high chair and portacot for infants, subject to availability. These must be requested at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms are displayed at the time of booking and vary depending on the rate selected and booking channel used. All reservations are confirmed subject to the cancellation policy presented during the booking process.

Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation terms applicable to their reservation. Any changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with those terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking. These terms extend to and include all policies displayed on our website and form part of the booking agreement.
